Broadband Cable Modem Access

Adelphia offers broadband cable internet access, or "PowerLink". Often this accompanies their digital cable option at a reduced rate. [NOTE: Cable modem access is limited to within 250-feet of the nearest pedestal or pole where Adelphia cable service is available.] This service is very reliable, offers multiple customer mailboxes (also known as "POP boxes") and personal websites. Also, cable access is only as fast as the number of users on the system at one time, so speeds can vary between 200 and 2000 kbps (dial-up access hovers between 17 and 56 kbps). Adelphia offers residential rates for single PCs or networks under 5 PCs, and business rates for large or small businesses. Call John Lamond, 1-877-462-7623 for more information.

While we no longer support Adelphia with PowerLink installation and troubleshooting as part of your paid service with Adelphia, we will provide support on an hourly payment basis like our regular repair service.
